      Obtaining sign-off on the Business Requirements Document confirms that sponsors and stakeholders have read, provided feedback and agree with the business requirements as stated in the BRD.
      Steps
      Setup a working meeting
      Schedule a working session and invite all stakeholders and SME (subject matter experts). Review the business requirements to verify the accuracy of the BRD.
      Get sign-off
      • Send the BRD via email for review and obtain sign-off
      • Give instructions for feedback
      • Provide a cut-off date for review and sign-off
