Purpose
To establish the projects and user access in the Test Management Tool.

Project team members will use the TMT to track all requirements and quality activities, including requirements development, test case development, test execution plan, status of test cases and for defect tracking.

Steps
New project and User access request

New project and user request forms to be submitted for approval.

  • Project request can be submitted by project managers 
  • User access request can be submitted by project team members
QC Manger approves project and user access requests
Send approval email to the Tool Administrator.
Tool Administrator establishes project and grants access to user
  • Project and users established as requested
  • Users will receive an email notification when access is granted
  • Create standard dashboard template
