Packaging Instructions	Coordinate with the project team to determine the appropriate documentation that would assist the Service Center associates in building the Knowledge Base. Be sure to include the required documents and any other relevant documentation as determined by the project team. Turnover Package contents must be indicated on the Turnover Package Checklist.

The Production Support Turnover Package consists of all required and any supplemental documentation as determined and agreed to by the project team. The documentation provided in the Turnover Package will be used in the Knowledge Base by the Service Center associates to support the application or system.
