      Creation of the OpenUP content by translating the OpenUP Build Out Inventory and UML/OpenUP Diagram to proper OpenUP Structure. Translated content is reviewed with any impacted Domain Owners.
      Steps
      Translate the OpenUP Build Out Inventory and UML/OpenUP Diagram to OpenUP structure
      Elaborate the Build Out Inventory and UML/OpenUP Diagram into requirements for OpenUP. Using the Systems and Software Engineering Process Metamodel, construct OpenUP content for each element type to ensure relevant fields are addressed and values are appropriate for the field.
      Review the content with any impacted Domain Owners

      Any time inputs come from another domain, or outputs go to another domain, it is imparative to obtain the other domain owner's concurrence and approval.
