Main Description

The Registration Assesment that is completed for a new application. The completion of the application registration registers the application in the database, and once complete, is a trigger for the remaining processes to occur. The registration questions include assigning roles, application type, description and a unique code in identifying the app. Once the registration is submitted, user will receive the additional Application Assessments based on the roles defined during registration.

Tailoring

Impact of not having	Information Security would not be able to obtain information of the application such as the purpose, description, type, five character code, role assignments and name. Furthermore the additional assessments would not be launched.
Reasons for not needing	The Application Registration Assessment is needed for all new applications.
