Main Description

Providing project consulting occurs during the PMLC Execution phase when necessary. This is carried out to transfer knowledge and facilitate a successful implementation. It also helps to ensure smooth hand off to quality assurance team as well as production support team. If well executed, all stakeholders on the project acquire the right level of knowledge that is needed for successful execution of their assigned tasks.

Steps

Provide support and guidance

As and when necessary provide the needed support to the project team. This support may include responding to phone calls, emails, questions and request for meetings.
