This is a task to evaluate the BRD to improve its quality before it is distributed outside of quality assurance.

      Main Description
      A member of quality assurance reviews the BRD utilizing a checklist to ensure consistency and clarity of the requirements. This will provide for continuous quality improvement; a reduction in requirement defects and an increased awareness in the development of the BRD.
      Steps
      Review the BRD
      Evaluate content of the BRD for adherence to good requirements standards and clarity using the BRD Peer Review Checklist.
      Utilize the track changes feature within MS Word to note suggested revisions.
      Update the checklist to demonstrate that the BRD has been evaluated for each criterion.
      Provide feedback on the BRD
      Send the marked BRD and completed checklist to the BRD author via email
