To identify areas that can be improved and to develop a strategy for documenting and implementing improvements to domain processes.

      Main Description
      Domain lead will facilitate a meeting to discuss the project. The focus of the meeting is to identify tasks within the project that need to be improved, and what needs to be done to implement changes/improvements. Feedback from the meeting is used to modify the process and Unified Life Cycle (ULC).
      Steps
      Domain lead schedules lessons learned meeting
      Domain lead to schedule and facilitate meeting with testing team, assigned to project.
      Participants to provide input regarding Lessons Learned during the project.
      Team to identify the process modifications and any other improvements.
      Action items are assigned
      Domain lead to assign action items to appropriate member of the team - this may include the development of new guidance, modification of existing guidance etc.
