| Transition Services Manager and Transition Services Lead will review the submitted Production Support Turnover Package to ensure all requirements have been met and the content is understood. This may be an iterative process to provide feedback and receive additional information. |
Steps

Receive Production Support Turnover Package.
Review package submitted for completeness using the checklist.
Review content for clarity.
Document and communicate any discrepancies and questions to Project Manager and/or the Project Team for review.
Schedule meetings as necessary coordinating with the Project Manager until the requirements have been fulfilled.
