Main Description

The Transition Services Lead and/or Transition Services Manager will participate in the Lessons Learned activities as specified by the Project Manager. This may be in the form of a survey that is distributed to the team or discussions held in team or individual meetings at the end of the project or as the project progresses.

Provide feedback as requested by completing a survey or participating in Lessons Learned discussions.
