Template: Process Flow Template

The Process Flow is a visual view of the activities a process or task, created in Visio in a Swim Lane format, where a swim lane represents one entity (i.e. user, customer, task). The template includes: Process Name (Project Name), Function(s) - (entities involved); along with the steps to accomplish the process or task - Start (begin the process/task); Process (defines the actions taken); Decision (defines where the procedures could follow a 'Yes' or 'No' path; End (denotes the end of the process/task).
