Select the link to the schedule request.

Select "Add New Item" - this will open the request form.

Fill in the details of request

• Dates of testing
• Purpose of testing
• Any special requirements (e.g. Miser programs to be run)
• Requested environment

Select 'Save" - This will generate a notice to the Release Management Team that a new request has been submitted. Release Management will review the request and send an email notification of approval. If necessary Release Management will contact the requestor for clarification of any requests that may not be well defined.
