Main Description
| The Project Manager will verify the appropriate artifacts have been completed and collected according to the Production Support Turnover Package requirements that were specified by the Transition Services Lead assigned to the project. The Project Manager will submit the completed package to the Transition Services Lead for review and approval. |

Verify that the Production Support Turnover Package includes all of the documentation listed on the Turnover Package Checklist.
Send the Production Support Turnover Package to the Transition Services Lead by email or send the location information indicating where the documents are stored electronically.
