| In the Effort table, use the drop-down for each row where the flag is either a check mark (indicating the resource is
required) or an exclamation point (indicating the resource requirements are at management discretion). Effort is either
High, Med, or Low. |
Determine Tier Status of this project
| Based on the number of resources, effort by each resource, and the cumulative effort by the team, determine if the project
is a Tier 3, 2, or 1 project. |
