The Enterprise Release Calendar is a published schedule and roster of all projects approved by the Bank's Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). The roster may also include non-EPMO projects. This could include vendor releases, new core functionality being implemented, etc.

Impact of not having

Without record of project implementation dates, it is very difficult to plan, from an enterprise perspective, for smooth and efficient releases. In addition, the corporation is at risk on having code changes moved to production without proper approvals/controls.

Reasons for not needing

Required for all EPMO projects, and for major/minor application releases.
