Email notification to Project Manager, Business Analyst and Development confirming review of documents during Project Initiation stage.

Email notification of artifact review should include the following details.

  • an EPMO#,
  • a project name, and
  • a listing of reviewed documents.

Impact of not havingQA team and project management will not have adequate information to enter planning stage of project, could jeopardize meeting project dates and milestones.
Reasons for not needing

Small projects where the requirements walkthrough session is not required.
