Update Application Profile Report after completed assessments are recevied.

Main Description

Upon receipt of the completed Application Classification Assessment, Application Availability Assessment and Risk Control Assessment, or notification by the Technical Manager or Application Owner of an application attribute change, or upgrade/retirement of an application, the IS Specialist will update the Application Profile Report.

Steps
IS Specialist updates the Application Profile Report upon receipt of completed assessments

The following completed assessments should be received:

  1. Application Classification Assessment
  2. Application Availability Assessment
  3. Risk Control Assessment (only if Integrity Score is >1)
  4. Application Attribute Change (if applicable)
  5. Application Upgrade/Retirement Notification (if applicable)
Gather available results and metrics and compile in Application Profile Report
