Main Description
The Technical Manager receives and completes the Application Classification and the Application Owner receives and completes the Availability Assessments and returns them to Information Security. If, upon Information Security review, the integrity score is greater than 1, the Technical Manager will receive and return a completed Risk Control Assessment to Information Security. |

IS Specialist sends the Application Classification Assessment to the Technical Manager and the Application Availability Assessment to the Application Owner
Technical Manager and Application Owner complete their respective assessments and return them to the IS Specialist
IS Specialist sends the Request Risk Control Assessment to the Technical Manager
Technical Manager completes the Risk Control Assessment and returns to Information Security
