        Steps
        Monitor the project throughout execution phase
        Ensure architectural requirements are being met.
        (Optional) If requirements are not being met, determine if there are flaws in the architecture and if they need modification.
        1. If flaws exist, modify architecture and forward modifications to key stakeholders.
        2. If necessary, file an exception or request a review from the ARB.
