Main Description
The Identity Management and Access Control Specialist is responsible for the design and execution of the corporate
identity & access management program and global identity and access management strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement corporate-wide user account management standards to address requesting, establishing, issuing,
suspending, modifying, and closing user accounts and related privileges across systems and applications.

Define and implement corporate-wide identity management standards to ensure that all users and their activity on IT
systems and applications are uniquely identifiable and that user access rights to systems and data are in line with
job requirements.

Provide oversight on periodic review of user access rights to systems and data at an appropriate frequency based on
risk to ensure alignment with business needs and job requirements.

Define and implement standards for privileged access across systems and applications. Provide oversight for
periodic access review of privileged access.

Review, recommend, and provide oversight on authentication mechanisms based on the risk associated with the system
or application.

Collaborate with business units and Technology Organization to ensure effective communication and coordination
across the enterprise related to identity and access control.

Evaluate and review corporate identity management services on a continual basis to ensure compliance with audit and
regulatory requirements and appropriately drive remediation efforts for non-compliance.

Develop, implement, and maintain risk metrics associated with various aspects of identity management, user
provisioning, account attestation, and the adherence to corporate policies and standards.
