Impact of not having	The impact of not having a process flow diagram may be that major components in the process could be missed as well as the chance for misunderstanding of a process between IT and the business unit.
Reasons for not needing	It is project specific and determined by project members if a process flow is not needed. In such an event, the reason will be noted and signed off on within the Requirements Management Plan.
