Task: QA Review of Artifacts

During the Initiation Phase of the project, QA will complete a full review of project artifacts.

Purpose

To insure that QA has an understanding of the project scope.

Steps

Collect Project Documents

Obtain completed Business requirements, Project Charter, SIPOC, and Requirements Management Plan from Project Manager.

Review Project Documents

Review documentation to insure all information to begin QA Planning is included. Request clarification from the project team members as needed.

Once the review is completed, the QA Lead will send an email notification to the Business Analyst, Development and Project Manager assigned to the project.
