Task: Develop the QA Closure Report

Develop the QA Closure Report for the project Closing.

Purpose

To provide a reference document, which details the status of quality activities as the project enters the final phase to close out the project.

Main Description

The QA Closure Report will be produced and shared with the project team. The report will be in the form of a dashboard, which is produced in the Test Management Tool (TMT).

Steps

Generate and communicate the dashboard

QA Lead will generate final QA Standard Dashboard.

QA Lead will forward final QA Standard Dashboard to Project Manager.

Project Manager will publish final QA Standard Dashboard on Project SharePoint site, and send a communication to the Project Team Members.
