Main Description
An outcome of executing tasks on projects includes lessons that aid in preventing repeating actions leading to detrimental impacts. These outcomes are typically observed behaviors or results of actions that can be corrected. Behaviors may have multiple impacts. The observer should frame the behavior in an objective way and by leaving open the application of more than one solution. In other words, avoid defining the actions to correct behaviors when documenting observations.
